Names - The first chair of the department was named Pepper and we had a restaurant major named Tom Cook and a hotel major named Marilyn Rooms.  Isn't it odd that one of our chef instructors was named Nudle, the vice president was Fishco, and the college president was Bakum at the time?  A young lady in food prep was named Qui Chen.  We have had students named Maryott, Coffey, Chow and Bates (who should never open a motel).  I had a food prep student named Anthony Monilla - I just couldn't bring myself to ask if he had an uncle Sal...
